Depending on enabled modules, Hoot Hoot processes and stores Discord User IDs, Guild IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs, Message IDs, server names, usernames, display names, avatar URLs, server configuration, web panel permissions, ticket data, ticket messages, ticket transcripts, internal ticket notes, form answers, moderation and AutoMod cases, logging events, level and XP data, voice session data, bump data, fun action logs, family, marriage and adoption data, family tree data, achievements, quests, streaks, rewards, and web audit logs.

Purposes

The data is used to provide bot functions, configure servers, check permissions, process tickets, enable moderation and AutoMod, show logs in the web panel, operate progress systems, and make administrative actions traceable.

Message Content and MESSAGE_CONTENT

The bot uses Discord's privileged MESSAGE_CONTENT intent where modules such as AutoMod, logging, tickets, prefix fallbacks, or content checks require it.

Cookies and Sessions

The web panel uses session cookies for login and OAuth state checks. The language cookie contains only the locale code.
